Our Chardonnay is an extraordinary dry white wine with intensive yellow and green shades. It has rich and complex aroma dominated by tropical fruits, pear and butter. This is a delicate yet full bodied wine whose taste lingers on the palate, and lives in your memory for long time. An outstanding choice, perfect for all occasions!

Best consumed at 10-12°C degrees in combination with pasta dishes and desserts.

Vintage:
The 2007 season was extraordinary in many ways, it was the warmest, certainly the earliest and without doubt, one of the best for fruit quality. We experience unusual warm temperatures in February, followed by cool temperatures in March, which was ideal for flavour development. The summer was long; extremely hot offering potential for developing higher sugar levels than usual. Harvest began two weeks earlier than normal. Chardonnay was hand picked on 27 August 2007 in early morning hours in order to preserve the aromas.  

Winemaking:
- Harvested from carefully selected vineyards
- The grapes were fully destemmed
- 8 hours cold maceration (skin contact) in presence of enzymes to soften tannins
- 15-18 days fermentation to fine tune acids and textural balance while controlling the temperature and aeration
- Fining and stabilizing of wine
- Fermented in inox tanks
