he generous climate of the Tikveshija region permitted excellent development of Popova Kula semi-sweet line. The summer 2007 was long; extremely hot with absence of rain, allowing to extend the over ripening until very late, offering potential for developing higher sugar levels than usual. We maintained the grapes in the vineyard, thus attaining the optimum sugar concentration. This allowed us to obtain the perfect balance between acidity and sweetness.
This line is consisted of Temjanika and Chardonnay and each is characterized with a luxurious and persistent finish. They are elegant, well structured with youthful style.
