Varietals composition: 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Temjanika, 15% Chardonnay, 10% Zilavka, 5% Muscat Ottonel

Flavour descriptors:
Altan is a unique wine characterized with dominant aromas of pear and peach, but also softly emerging herbal notes of elder, basil and aromatic herbs. The taste mirros the aroma and is very complex. It has a distinctive body and excellent balanced acidity that makes this wine very refreshing. The wine concludes in a long-lasting aftertaste, leaving a pleasant feeling of fullness and harmony.

Food pairing:
This wine is best served chilled at 8-10°C with all kinds of cheeses, white meat and fish dishes, and it also goes very well with cream desserts.

Overall, the year was a challenging one. After mild temperatures in February, the growing season began with several spring frosts and snow, posing threats for the yields. Fortunately, the summer temperatures were very warm, as typical for the Tikveshija region. The vineyard and winemaking teams paid attention to details and dedicated themselves, ensuring that excellent wines were produced from this harvest season.
