Flavour descriptors:
Stanushina is an established grape variety only found in the Tikveshija region in Macedonia. The grapes were hand harvested from vineyards on 600 meters altitude above sea level. Stanushina is a red wine with intense aroma of strawberry, raspberry and dry leaf. The taste is characterized with remarkable fruity sweetness that makes this wine light and refreshing. An outstanding choice perfect for all occasions!

This wine is exceptionally good for consumption with white and yellow cheese, nuts and sweets at 10-16C.

Vintage:
A warm spring followed a moderately rainy winter, giving an early start to the growing season. The rainfall was in normal amount and equally dispersed throughout the year. These conditions, which continued through most of the harvest season, fostered high-quality grapes and set a relatively easy pace for the vineyard and winemakers. The Stanushina grapes were hand harvested from vineyards on 600 meters altitude above sea level in the middle of October .
