Wine analysis:
Total acid: 5.8 g/l

A warm spring followed a moderately rainy winter, giving an early start to the growing season. The rainfall was in normal amount and equally dispersed throughout the year. These conditions, which continued through most of the harvest season, fostered high-quality grapes and set a relatively easy pace for the vineyard and winemakers.

  • The grapes are crushed and de-stalked while preserving the temperature below 12°C
  • Settled in tanks for cold maceration fostering excellent development of aromas and flavours from the grapes
  • 30 days of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation followed by processes of fining and stabilizing
  • The wine is aged for 6 months in bottles before release.
